2016-2017 BASKETBALL PROGRAM
The sports staff welcomes you to the City’s 2016-2017 Basketball Program. We are excited about the upcoming season and anticipate a very good program.

REGISTRATION
Registration begins Monday, August 22, 2016 and will run through Friday, October 7, 2016.
Teams can register at the Jerry Cline Recreation and Tennis Center from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
ENTRY FEE
$462.00 includes tax, plus the USSSA/Trinaca fee of $50.00 per team. (Unlimited Roster)
PROGRAM PARTICULARS
Roster deadline - WEDNESDAY, October 19, 2016 Incomplete, faxed, e-mailed, mailed, rosters will not be accepted. (Only original rosters will be accepted.) NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
All basketball teams must register with USSSA/Ttinaca. The fee is $50.00 per team - USSSA (payment info available with registration packet).
Registration material will be available at the Sports Office.
Rules and Conduct meetings will no longer need to be attended. Managers are responsible to be aware of the rules and regulations/player coed of conduct of the basketball league, and insure their participants are aware of the rules and regulations and player code of conduct.

SCHEDULE TIME OF PLAY
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at:
6:30, 7:30, and 8:30pm
Each team will play a 12 game schedule and a single elimination tournament, within each division (no additional charge) at the end of the season.
REFUNDS
Registration fees are non-refundable!! No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If your team is unable to participate for any reason the registration fee will be considered a donation to the City of Albuquerque! Please note that any and all request for refunds will be denied. There are no exceptions! THE SPORTS OFFICE WILL MAKE NO INDIVIDUAL REFUNDS; the team managers and or sponsors must make such arrangements.
Teams paying with a check that does not clear the bank will be considered dropped from the league.
ADVISORY BOARD
PURPOSE: The Basketball Advisory Board is established for the following purposes:
A. To keep informed of programs needs and to serve as a forum for discussion.
B. To recommend to the Sports Coordinator policies for overall programs development to include ways and means of financing and implementing improvements.

C. To make final decisions on individual and team grievances.
